Relax and savor a delicious, catered Valentine's Dinner in the romantic Texas Theater before watching the opening night performance of The Texas Theatre's production of "On Golden Pond" by Ernest Thompson.
On Golden Pond is a 1979 play by Ernest Thompson.
On Golden Pond is a classic American comedic drama that's every bit as touching, warm, and witty today as when it debuted off-Broadway in 1979. This is the love story of an aging couple Ethel and Norman Thayer, who spend each summer at their home on a lake called Golden Pond, in the woods of Maine. Returning to Golden Pond for the forty-eighth summer, they are visited by daughter Chelsea with her fiancé Bill Ray and his son Billy Ray, Jr.
